Group data and AI transformation: ambition, priorities and roadmap
Data is a strategic asset the group has yet to fully leverage.
AI opens significant value-creation levers, provided the approach is structured and phased.
Success will rest on clear governance, ambitious change management and team buy-in.
Set up data governance to ensure, over time, consistent indicators between the accounts and management reporting.

Ten months after the committee,
the pilot is still a pilot,
the monthly close still takes three weeks,
and recommendation no. 3 is still waiting for its tender.
What the report recommended, we build and install on your servers, reconciled to the dirham with your accounts. Then we hand the code over to your teams, trained.
The screens that follow are illustrations, with fictitious figures that stay consistent from one screen to the next. The chain itself is real: we delivered it in 2026 for an insurance company.
The report’s first two use cases, built. Every morning the screen recalculates and reconciles with your accounts. It approves nothing: you do.
At the client’s, every morning at 07:02
Change the month, filter an entity, open a tile. Then approve: the decision is yours.

On your servers, timed to the second. Our access to your systems is read-only, and no data leaves your premises.
In service since 8 June 2026 at 10:30:19. Nothing runs on our side.

Your teams launch the reconciliations and approve the closes. Since handover, we have stepped in on none of them.

How many calls to your provider last year? Book 30 minutes
One team, from the boardroom to the code: frame on your official figures, build and install on your premises, hand over.
On their servers
Performance management relied on an Excel workbook fed by hand from underwriting and the accounts.
An application installed on their servers recalculates the dashboard at every data drop, to the dirham. Code, documentation and training handed over.
In the executive committee
An executive committee that wanted to know where to start with generative AI, in the service of operational excellence.
Hands-on training for the committee in Tangier, on its own processes, tools in hand. The relationship continues directly.
No client names, no prices: that is the rule, for them as for you.
“Are our management figures reconciled with the accounts, and who approves them?”
A good answer: to the dirham, every month, by a named person, on a recorded date.
“Where would the solution run, and what data would leave our premises?”
A good answer: on our servers, and none.
“If the provider stops tomorrow, who runs the code?”
A good answer: our teams, with the code and the documentation in hand.
Bring a question from your committee. We tell you what we would deliver, how long it would take, and what would be yours.
You will speak with Nabil EL MAHYAOUI, founding director. A graduate of École polytechnique who worked in investment banking in Paris, he has founded two companies.
